Our Catered Living Program offers thirteen unique private living spaces, each with a concierge and team of caregivers to provide care and services.

Wesley Palms wellness clinic is staffed with licensed nurses around the clock and features a dental clinic, on-site x-ray, blood pressure testing and medication management services. A physician and audiologist keep regular hours at our campus as well. For residents needing skilled nursing services, our sister communities at Carlsbad By The Sea and Fredericka Manor are located nearby.

Wesley Palms is accredited as a multi-level retirement community by the national Continuing Care Accreditation Commission which means that the program and staff have passed rigorous standards of excellence.
