Just to whet your appetite, some of his specialties include Watercress Salad with Poached Pears, Gorgonzola and Toasted Walnuts, Certified Angus Flat Iron Steak with Mushroom Demi-glaze, Stuffed Yukon Gold Potatoes, Grilled Asparagus and homemade Chocolate Mousse Cake.
